Suara Air Luxury Villa Ubud

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed 6 nights in the villa with a private pool. The hotel is wonderful, full of nature and has two very large pools. The hotel has a transfer that takes you to the center of Ubud, very convenient. And if you want to take a Grab, you can get to the hotel without any problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was the best crispy bacon of our lives. I had a small problem with the refrigerator in my room, I used medicine that has to be refrigerated, and the refrigerator froze them, if they are frozen they cannot be used. I was very scared because I brought my medicine for a 4-month trip, the staff was excellent, they found a way to find the medicine even though it is not very common and they replaced all the pencils that had frozen, I could not be more grateful for their service and concern.

Location/villa: If you seek serenity amid breathtaking surroundings, Suara Air Luxury Villa is an absolute gem. Nestled amidst lush rice fields, the villa offers spacious accommodations adorned with traditional Indonesian décor and enchanting infinity pools that overlook the lush jungle. The villa is impeccably maintained, providing essential amenities and delightful Balinese designs throughout. We really would like to know the name of the soap - it was that good! 😊 While close proximity to nature brought occasional encounters with geckos and cockroach droppings in the room, the villa's connection with its surroundings added to its charm. We could not get enough of the view to the fields - a truly mesmerising experience. Nearby, an array of local restaurants and a conveniently located waterfall further enhance the experience. The staff: The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional. From accommodating early check-ins to offering valuable recommendations, their calm and welcoming demeanor made us feel truly at home. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center every two hours added convenience to exploring the area. We truly felt like at home. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight, with sumptuous breakfasts, generous portions, and top-quality food and juices. I don't think I ever eat so much for breakfast like in this place. The welcoming drinks upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The menu is also vegetarian friendly. One of the mornings we were supposed to leave to the tour before 6 o'clock in the morning that meant that we will miss out the breakfast time. The Suara Air team was very kind and made us a mini take away box with some hard boiled eggs, toasts and some fruits to make sure that we are fed and not missing out on anything.

The staff are always cheerful and friendly, always striking up a little chat or just asking how you are. Very helpful as well as you can approach then to ask for advice. They even stayed up till 11pm just to receive us when we checked in. Facilities are basic but as an accommodation, it was plenty for us. Always a cozy place to return to.

- The room where we stayed is big and comfortable. - Our room has huge glass windows around so we appreciated the natural light and rice fields around us. - The staff were extremely amazing and helpful. Although language may be a barrier, efforts were made to understand and accommodate our requests. - We enjoyed the Balinese massage offered in the hotel. It was very relaxing.

This was a lovely place to stay! The location is 15 minutes from the main part of Ubud, so it’s quieter and convenient. The views from our room overlooked some rice fields and it was stunning! The included breakfast is not bad - the mi goreng was our favourite and the coffee was great! The staff were also EXTREMELY lovely. The property is stunning too. The staff were also helpful with our very late check in! I was worried about the rooster because everyone mentioned it in previous reviews, and while you can definitely hear it, it wasn’t actually that bad. I had earplugs while I slept though!
